Blue Tail Calendar Sync synchronizes your United Airlines CCS+ schedule into a Google Calendar that you control. We collect only the information necessary to provide this service.

To provide calendar synchronization, we store:

• Your United Airlines CCS+ employee number and calendar password. These credentials are encrypted using Google Cloud Key Management Service (Cloud KMS).
• A Google OAuth refresh token that allows the application to maintain synchronization with your Google Calendar without requiring you to sign in each time. This token is encrypted using Google Cloud Key Management Service (Cloud KMS).
• Your Google account identifier, which is used to associate your account with your stored credentials.

We do not collect the contents of your emails, contacts, files, photos, or any other Google account information unrelated to calendar synchronization.

Your information is used solely to:

• Retrieve your United Airlines CCS+ schedule.
• Create, update, and remove events in your designated Google Calendar.
• Maintain synchronization between your airline schedule and your Google Calendar.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics unrelated to operating this service.

The application requests Google Calendar permissions necessary to:

• Read your calendar list.
• Create, modify, and delete events in calendars you authorize.

These permissions are used solely to perform calendar synchronization on your behalf.

• United CCS+ calendar credentials are encrypted using Google Cloud Key Management Service (Cloud KMS).
• Communication with our servers uses industry-standard encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Access to stored credentials is restricted to the services necessary to perform calendar synchronization.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except when required by law or as necessary to operate this service using Google Cloud infrastructure.

Your information is retained only while your account is active. If you disconnect the service or request account deletion, your stored credentials and associated synchronization data will be removed within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

You may stop synchronization at any time by:

• Revoking the application's access through your Google Account.
• Requesting deletion of your account and associated data.

Blue Tail Calendar Sync synchronizes your United Airlines CCS+ schedule with a Google Calendar that you authorize. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts.
• You are responsible for verifying that synchronized calendar events are accurate before relying on them.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the service.

While we strive to provide reliable synchronization, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Synchronization may occasionally be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, Google services, United Airlines systems, or other factors beyond our control.

Blue Tail Calendar Sync is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by United Airlines.

The synchronized calendar is provided for convenience only and is not your official work schedule. You are solely responsible for verifying your schedule using official United Airlines systems before relying on any synchronized calendar events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Tail Calendar Sync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed trips, scheduling conflicts, lost income, or other damages arising from the use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for misuse, abuse, security concerns, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking Google access or requesting deletion of your account.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
